An app designed in collaboration with hospitality professionals

With a tap of their phone or a QR scan, guests open the app and send a request to your team. The waiter immediately sees which table needs attention on a portable device and accepts the call. The service can be personalised, so guests can also browse the menu, place orders or pay directly.

Rate the Waiter + Review Management
The service gives hospitality businesses a modern way to collect, record and manage Google and Tripadvisor reviews. It also lets guests rate waiters, helping you manage your team and award bonuses and rewards. We offer custom plaques or QR codes for your venue. You can place them on tables, or waiters can show them to guests after serving them and taking payment.
Online payments
Let guests pay the bill on their phone, directly from their table. We agree on the available payment methods and connections to other services to suit your venue’s needs.
Digital Menu + price list archiving
The service includes a digital menu with photos, descriptions and prices of food and drinks, accessible to guests on their phones via an NFC plaque or QR code. You can manage your menu, prices and appearance through the dashboard, without reprinting menus. XML price list archiving is included in the digital menu price. From 17 November 2026, retailers and service providers with websites are subject to the requirement to publish machine-readable price lists in XML or CSV format and keep them available for 30 days after publication or each change.
Loyalty app
Bring together benefits for regular guests in a loyalty app tailored to your venue. We agree on the rewards with you, and the app is available for iOS, Android and the web.
